Our temporary divorce order requires my husband to file an inventory and appraisal of our property. This has dragged on for months and he hasn’t done it. What can I do?
Your husband has already shown he intends to be uncooperative with the process. That means you need to hire a lawyer. Your attorney can get the court to compel him to complete the process, and may even be able to get him to be forced to pay your attorney’s fees. If he still does not comply, the court may allow you to do the inventory or choose the person who does it.
