My ex and I were not married when our daughter was born. We went through the court system, got a visitation and child support order, and then got married. Now we are splitting up. Is the original order still enforceable?

You will need to get a new order. However, it is likely that the new order will be substantially similar to the old one. If you and your ex agree to the old terms, you can do it yourself. Otherwise, you’ll need a lawyer to help you.
